The stability condition of Landau Fermi liquid theory may be broken when the interaction between particles is strong enough. In this situation, the structure of the ground state is different from the Fermi-step momentum distribution, and the Landau theory is thus not applicable. In this work, the systems of the relativistic heavy-ion collision and with the vector boson exchange are taken into consideration. For these two cases, the conditions for the occurrence of the ground-state rearrangements are explored explicitly.
