It is indicated that there is a possibility of spin polarization in the quark matter at high density due to the tensor-type four-point interaction between quarks. The realized phase is determined by the comparison of pressure of quark spin polarized phase with that of the two-flavor color superconducting phase which may appear in high density quark matter. It is shown that the quark spin polarized phase is realized at rather high density, while the two-flavor color superconducting phase is realized at a lower density region.
